Returns + Exchanges


Orders placed on are eligible for return for store credit only within 14 days of receiving the order. Please mail the items back to the address below along with your packing slip or a note with your order number. (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange.  We do not offer return shipping labels.

RETURN POLICY:  Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We cannot be responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help as much as we can.Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange. 

We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:

Bodysuits / Intimates / Bralettes or Underwear / Swimwear without sanitary stickers in place or without tags attached.  ALL jewelry
